Insurance company clients
Riga 1st hospital has a contract with the following health insurance companies:
Baltikums, Balva, BTA, Baltijas Apdrošināšanas Nams, Compensa Life, Gjensidige Baltic, Seesam Latvia. These companies cover treatment costs to a full extent, or partially, depending on the program of the policy
Balta and Ergo Latvija - cover only patients’ fees (does not cover paid services)
If you want to be sure, whether your policy will cover the chosen service, call the reception of the out-patient department, tel. 67366323. You can also get this information by making an appointment for the visit.
Dental seevices are not covered by the insurance policies here.
Remember!
When arriving for a visit to the doctor or for making examinations, you must have with you:
- Insurance policy
- Individual identifying document
- Specialist’s referral, if such exists.
